Fewer inventories indicate that there is less competition among sellers and better chance to attract prospect buyers.

The price levels remain steady in Easton Addition and this is attributed to the neighborhood's reputation of being one of the more expensive areas of Burlingame real estate.

The average home being sold in Easton Estate is 2,400 square feet, as compared to the average 2,100 square feet home being sold in the entire Burlingame real estate. For the price per square foot, the average in Easton Addition is around $640 while $600 is the average for the entire Burlingame real estate. So how do you get more jobs? Of course there has to be demand for whatever product the business is selling whether it is a brick and mortar manufacturing company or a service provider. We are back to step one.

Look a step beyond. Each day there are more people in the world. Births continue. We are now crowding 7 billion on the planet. Not all of them have a computer and cell phone yet and many do not have enough food and shelter. Demand is there for many products.

Businesses want to provide for them. Every time a new regulation is created by a central government (ours isn't the only one that does it) it puts a new obstacle in the path of job creation. Every regulation makes it more expensive to start a new company, expand one that is now in existence or price their product off the market. Many prohibit new ideas. Some brilliant Dilbert-type in a home office who has no idea about business operations comes up with an idea on how to make a product "safer" or "more environmentally friendly."

A lizard, moth or squirrel must be "protected". No one thinks of the unintended consequences. The single death of a child in a crib caused a $7,000,000 reworking of an industry. All costs must be passed along to the consumer.

No proof is required to stop an entire industry. Pseudo science is accepted as fact. All we need now is one ridicules complaint to bring a project to a halt.

You cannot create new jobs when new businesses are not allowed to form or being restricted by multitudes of new regulations so that formation is abandoned before it begins.

Yes, we are talking about the housing problem. You can't build and sell a new house unless there is some one with a steady income to buy it. You can't have a person with a steady income unless there is a business to hire him. You can't have a business that creates jobs unless they are able to operate in a reasonable fashion without undo regulations. All this means profit to the company. And finally the business must be allowed to make a reasonable profit and that means lower taxes so excess cash may be re-invested in growth. That means more hiring.

And where does all that start?

With the politicians!

Therefore the housing problem is a political problem. That is the bottleneck. Everything stops and starts there. We need smarter politicians.

Las candidatas al Miss Perú 2011 fueron presentadas en la Fortaleza del Real Felipe en el Callao. Un ramillete de 24 bellas chicas de distintas zonas del país deleitaron al público con su belleza luciendo sensuales trajes de baño sobre la pasarela.

Estas aspirantes desfilaron frente a una audiencia y jurado compuestos por algunas ex reinas de belleza peruanas como María Julia Mantilla, Olga Zumarán, Silvia Cornejo, Giuliana Zavellos y Alejandra Liao.

Cabe recordar que en esta ocasión, la organización a cargo del concurso incluyó a una representante de la comunidad peruana en Estados Unidos y a otra de la localidad de Villa Rica.

¿Cómo Lograr cosas Importantes?

El estudio de factibilidad Integral de agua y desagüe fue firmado en el mes de Febrero del 2006 con el Consultor Ing. Víctor Benavente y La Región Pasco, dentro de sus cláusulas se estipulaba sobre la forma de pago era en etapas: 30% al inicio del estudio, 40% a la entrega del expediente con el V ºBº de los encargados de estudios de la región y el 40% a la aprobación del expediente.
Habían transcurrido más de 18 mes y el estudio de factibilidad no era aprobado y con el riesgo que se puede perder el Soc. De inversiones que actualmente el gobierno central esta apoyando con el programa agua para todos.

La EPSSCSA a través de la gerencia realizaba las llamadas telefónicas a Pasco y siempre tenían una excusa, por ello en varias oportunidades el Gerente viajo a la región ,pero los resultados no eran alentadores, entonces la Gerencia comunica ala Alcalde de Villa Rica sobre lo que viene sucediendo con respecto al estudio y por ello deciden viajar a Pasco: el Gerente de la EPS, el Presidente del Directorio de la EPS, el Alcalde ,para reunirse con el Presidente de la Región, previo a esto se le invita al Sr. Ing. Benavente para que participe de la reunión, porque es el único que conoce sobre el estado del estudio, fue así que viajaron , pero el Consultor no asomo, entonces luego de la platica con el Presidente informo que el Sr. Benavente estaba incumpliendo con levantar las observaciones y por ello era el retraso, pero nos daban la esperanza que ya pronto sale y así transcurría los días.

Entonces decide contactarme con el Sr. Benavente, el cual me dio otra versión, que la región estaba incumpliendo, por ello decidí, coordinar con, el Alcalde y comentarle sobre el caso.

Es así que por cosas del azar me invitan telefónicamente Radio Felicidad, en donde se encontraba el Sr. Tiberio García y fue en ese momento que invite a las autoridades, especialmente a nuestro Alcalde para movilizarnos a Pasco y reclamar nuestros derechos, por el impase entre la Región y el Sr. Benavente, que solo perjudicadaza a los pobladores de Villa Rica. También manifesté que en vez de estar discrepando entre nosotros y buscando culpables era mejor unirnos y luchar por una causa común.

Posteriormente un grupo de ciudadanos y representantes de los Comités vecinales formaron un comité representado por un Delegado, cuya persona es el Sr. Chacón que días mas tarde nos reunimos en la oficina de la EPS y al día siguiente en la Municipalidad, en el cual se decidió viajar a Pasco un grupo numero de ciudadanos y Autoridades para el día martes 4 de Septiembre.

Ya en Pasco los mas de30 integrantes de la comitiva nos reunimos con el Presidente Regional y Funcionarios, luego de un amplio informe se formo una comisión integrado por 6 personas: El Alcalde de Villa Rica (ing. La Torre), EPS (INg. Fernández), Delegado de las Juntas vecinales (Sr. Chacon), de la OPI, Gerencia de Infraestructura y de Estudios de Pasco, para conversar con el Sr., Benavente., logrando comunicarse y fijando para el día martes 11 de Septiembre la reunión, Entonces llegado el día ocurrió el milagro por fue por primera vez que se podía reunir el Consultor Benavente, firmando un acta de compromiso para levantar las observaciones.

¿Cuánto hace luchar por una causa a favor de todos? En vez de discutir entre nosotros y buscar culpables.

El resultado muy pronto se vera en la primera semana de Octubre

Aprendernos a soportar una raya más a nuestro pelaje de tigre que se diferencia de los otorongos porque no nos encandila la palabrería de los figuretis. Y con la agravante: pateando el pobre idioma y las elementales reglas del periodismo.

Siempre nos exponemos a encontrarnos con los Estrada, los Paredes, los Canchanyas, los Benítez o los Mencholas. O, con las autoridades que se dejan manipular por los perdedores en las elecciones municipales pasadas…TOMA MIENTRAS!!!!

Como es de conocimiento publico, nosotros vivimos del periodismo y siempre tratamos de crearle “punch” sin perder su orientación y/o formato.

Pretendemos desde esta tribuna animar a las organizaciones de clase y prosapia para organizarse en torno a una meta mas justa, solidaria y comprometida que reivindique a los mas desprotegidos, nunca a los imbèciles que se lamentan de ser peruanos,.. Sino a los que no reciben los beneficios de un Estado que se pudre en soles, dólares y minerales, y no lo invierte so pretexto de la negligencia de los presidentes regionales… en especial de Ancash y Puno que se pasan de TOZUDOS

JUNIN Y PASCO

Cierto entre HUAROC y RIVERA hay un abismo de inteligencia y capacidad, Huaroc es el Presidente de la ASAMBLEA de Presidentes Regionales, Rivera ni siquiera llega a vocal., Huaroc tiene un Representante en la Selva Central (Chanchamayo y Satipo), Rivera no ata ni desata, ni siquiera tiene una oficina de Imagen “Funcional” en nuestra Provincia.

Del café de taza mas fino solo mira la etiqueta… NO LE PREOCUPA NADA, ni tiene técnicos que asesoren a nuestra municipalidad para que los presupuestos participativos sean elaborados con las exigencias que la ley señala…CLARO, hay un comentario aparte sobre la actuación de quienes, a nombre de Villa Rica sostuvieron un encontrón poco constructivo con el mencionado Presidente a quien, nuestro pueblo, sólo le dio 97 votos...en el colmo de la ignorancia del corresponsal de EL REGIONAL asegura que pretendemos pasarnos a la región Junín, donde seguiríamos siendo cola de león. Lo ideal y ya esta en camino, lo que pretendemos es la creación de la “REGION SELVA CENTRAL” Y PUNTOOOOO…

CADA UNO EN SU NIVEL.

Con esta clase de prensa, llegamos al problema del PODER, dentro de una sociedad como la nuestra: Pluricultural, multilingual, pluriracial, independiente y democráticamente descentralizada…

Y de pronto aparecen pseudos líderes que pretenden introducirse dentro de otra clase de vecinos a la que no pertenecen ni pueden pertenecer por su misma condición socio- económico- cultural.-PROFESIONAL-No tan soberbia como la congresista lingüista que, es racista hasta el concho…del vinagre. Siempre es bueno guardar las distancias: juntos pero no revueltos,”¡ Ay curuju!”.

ACLAREMOS DEFINITIVAMENTE.

Jamás de los jamases trataremos de impedir que otras personas utilicen algún medio de comunicación para exponer sus ideas y compromisos de acuerdo a su nivel y capacidad, somos respetuosos de la Ley y la Constitución.

Empero, hay algunas personas que pretenden recibir alguna compensación por informar sobre sus funciones y eso si que es el colmo de la IMBECILIDAD, con el debido respeto a los que en realidad son jejejejejejej.

POR NUESTRO SISTEMA

Un sistema capitalino que nos venden a los provincianos de la Selva Central al que no podemos hacer conocer nuestra opinión sobre lo que nos dicen o afirman esas empresas noticiosas de Lima.

Nota: Decimos Empresas y no periodistas, no obstante que estos son incondicionales de aquellos… je, je, je.(algunos).

En otras palabras el Poder capitalista informa de acuerdo a sus intereses, toda la tecnología periodística que defendemos y su producción se pierden con los basurales o en los recolectores de aguas servidas que terminan infectando nuestros ríos…

Por lo mismo:

Lograr que nuestras clases en la Selva Central, y en toda la selva se complementen, sin necesidad de licuarlas a sabiendas que cada opinión es una opinión social. Necesitamos fomentar un periodismo REGIONAL. A l principio se marrará, pero con el tiempo comprenderán que es necesario lo que nos dice Andrea Torrico García, que ya es prácticamente una profesional en la materia.

Quisiéramos escuchar la opinión sincera de nuestras diferentes clases sociales y que normalmente se gesta en las sociedades libres como la nuestra.

Eso si:

Nosotros no vamos a comprar espacios radiales pues, viviríamos cuidando no colisionar con los intereses de los anunciantes.

En la Ley 29062, no se habla nada de privatizar, que si lo fuera hay Escuelas privadas que pagan muy bien a los educadores mejor capacitados.

Y si de control se trata, en la época de Velasco teníamos al COSECOM presidido por el Sargento B.G.C Alfredo Guimaray y nunca, ninguno de sus integrantes nos falto el respeto.

Sinceramente, dándole una lectura a la discutida ley, le vemos mucha similitud a la 19326 al igual que el Sistema Educativo de Colombia.

Aun mas según mi modesto entender, municipalizar no es “privatizar” – (ver el diccionario)

Eso si, nos consta que siempre existieron los profesores que en su momento se sintieron intocables, injuzgables.

Como en la época del “MAGISTER DIX” y lo mas lamentable, se autoproclaman socialistas, comunistoides, puca llactas, etc, etc, negando la autoridad del PROLETARIADO por sobre todas las instituciones del Estado; ¿Se olvidan de la VOZ DE DIOS?

En esta Ley, que “modifica” la Ley del Profesorado en lo referente a la CARRERA PÙBLICA MAGISTERIAL, no le encuentro ningún arancel a los fertilizantes, al trigo o al petróleo… je, je, je.

DIFERENCIAS
Alocución.- Discurso dirigido por un superior a sus inferiores, secuaces o súbditos.
Elocución.- La manera de expresar conceptos. Es la facultad de hablar del modo eficaz para conmover o persuadir. Es un modo de elegir o distribuir las palabras y los pensamientos.

de la actual iglesia NUESTRA SEÑORA DELAS MERCEDES que se encuentra en la Crda. 6 de Jr. de la Unión., luego se dirigen a la PLAZUELA DE SANTA ANA,
para terminar en la PLAZXUELA DE LA INQUISICION , donde actualmente se encuentra el Congreso de la Republica, Cdra, 2 de la Av. Abancay - Lima, luego de allí, se ofrece una recepción en el Ayuntamiento, en la noche un gran desfile, grande y emocionante, San Martín firma el bando, donde declara AUGUSTO Y SOLEMNE DIA.

La comunicación, más que una ciencia…

TEMA CENTRAL.

La comunicación ¿ciencia o no?; es la pregunta que los alumnos en todas las facultades de Comunicación a nivel nacional tratan de esclarecer al igual que los entendidos en la materia en todo el mundo.

Se dice que conceptos de comunicación hay tantos como autores hay, entonces, que entendemos por comunicación; por citar un ejemplo práctico, el filósofo Mario Bunge -excepcional para algunas universidades nacionales-sostiene que para ser comunicador no se necesita universidad, por ende que la comunicación no es ciencia.

Lo único que las universidades-particulares y/o nacionales- pueden hacer es empapar a los futuros comunicadores de todos los conceptos habidos y por haber para que así, ellos saquen sus propias conclusiones y trabajen en función a ellas.

Incluso podríamos citar como polémica la nomenclatura que adoptan algunas facultades en la especialidad de comunicación: Ciencias de la Comunicación, Ciencias de la Información, etc. o peor aun, las carreras técnicas usan sólo Periodismo, Publicidad.

La nomenclatura más adecuada, diría, es la de Ciencias de la Comunicación, ya que en ésta se estudia las ciencias afines o mejor dicho las que engloba la Comunicación, siendo éstas: Marketing, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas, Comunicación Organizacional, y claro, que tiene como plato de fondo, al Periodismo ya sea en prensa, radio o televisión.

Como podemos ver la carrera es la más completa en el área de las Ciencias Sociales, ya que para realizar estudios ésta se vale de ciencias afines como Sociología, Antropología, Psicología, entre otras.

Ya que el Periodismo es el tema a tratar en la carrera de Comunicación, hablemos de él, el periodismo en prensa, radio o televisión se basa en la noticia, pero antes separemos los tres grandes géneros en los que se basa el periodismo, televisivo, radial y de prensa.

G. Informativo: es el género en que se narra o redacta los hechos tal y como sucedieron, citando las fuentes, y demás datos generales.

G. Interpretativo: requiere de mayor profundización, busca antecedentes, causas, consecuencias, hechos relacionados al acontecimiento, fuentes, etc. Investiga.

G. De Opinión: trabajado desde el punto de vista personal, de un personaje importante involucrado en el suceso.

LA NOTICIA: es cualquier hecho o suceso de interés social / público. Para poder un hecho como noticia ésta debe contar con los siguientes atributos:

Claridad, (contundencia de la noticia)
Sencillez, (escritura coherente y menos artificial)
Brevedad, (no excederse en la noticia)
Precisión, (se relaciona con la exactitud, y con la cercanía al hecho).
Impersonalización, (objetividad, ser imparciales al momento de redactar o narrar)
Propiedad (seguridad y firmeza para decir algo).

Los factores que interviene en un suceso para que éste sea tratado como noticia son los siguientes:

Actualidad,(la exclusividad del hecho)
Controversia, (polémica).
Interés humano, (las personas deben mostrar interés por el hecho).
Proximidad, (las personas tienen mayor interés por los hechos geográficamente más cercanos a ellos)
Prominencia, (la trascendencia de la personas para con la opinión pública, mientras más popular, mayor será el impacto de la noticia).

ESTRUCTURA DE LA NOTICIA:, las noticias, sea cual sea su naturaleza, espectáculos, deportivas, etc., cuentan con tres elementos imprescindibles a la hora de su elaboración.

ENTRADA o LEAD: resumen del hecho o suceso, es breve pero completo, éste a su vez cuenta con seis elementos imprescindibles para su elaboración:

¿Qué? à Hace referencia al hecho o suceso.
¿Quién? à Sujeto, protagonista(s).
¿Dónde? à Lugar, menciona el contexto.
¿Cuándo? à Tiempo, momento en el que se desarrollaron los hechos.
¿Por qué? à Causa(s).
¿Cómo? à Circunstancias en las que se registran los hechos.
También encontramos una clasificación de estas entradas:

ENTRADA DE DIÁLOGO o DE CITA: se hace uso de una parte de las declaraciones del protagonista del hecho para tratar de explicar el suceso.

E. de cita parcial: se coloca en primer lugar parte de las declaraciones dadas por el personaje, entre comillas, coma y seguido de un verbo en pasado. “Estamos pidiéndole al señor Fujimori que presente su candidatura por el distrito electoral de Tokio”, confirmó Kamei, ex ministro de Transportes que tuvo gran poder en la década del 90.

E. de cita directa:

“Sin expresión no hay libertad”. Este fue uno de los primeros lemas coreados frente a la embajada venezolana en el Perú, ayer al mediodía. S à SALIDA o REMATE: es el modo en el que el periodista termina, la redacción.

PIRÁMIDE NORMAL: a diferencia de la anterior aquí se relatan los hechos, estrictamente cronológicos a como sucedieron.

RELOJ DE ARENA: nació en México, frecuentemente usados por “Vanguardia” y “La Jornada”; generalmente se presenta en noticias policiales, notas, informes periodísticos y artículos.

“El Día Internacional de las Personas de la Tercera Edad”

LA EDAD DE ORO:

La Población de personas mayores y jubiladas, normalmente 65 o más años, está creciendo en la pirámide de población, la baja tasa de natalidad y la mejora de la calidad de vida y la esperanza de vida son las causas principales que producen este hecho.

Los nacidos en el año 1945 y siguientes, están ahora entrando en el grupo de los mayores. Esto crea tensiones, pues aumentan los presupuestos de la seguridad social y la población activa se estaría adaptando a esta nueva situación, que aún tiene una aptitud estereotipada de prejuicios, visible en la reducción del presunto problema.

Pero la incipiente nueva Sociología de la tercera edad tiene otras dimensiones : considerar a estas personas como un grupo cultural en una estratificación de la población por grupos de edad, Igualdad de trato. Igualdad de Derechos.

La tercera edad lo estudian la Geriatría y la Gerontología desde puntos de vista de Calidad de vida y fundamentos científicos. Una Tecnología social se ha desarrollado como apoyo e industrialización de avances científicos.

Las diferentes denominaciones: senectud, ancianidad, vejez, mayores, tercera juventud, tercera edad, edad de oro, tan solo tienen el propósito de olvidar prejuicios. También los estudios sociológicos han asignado prioridades al tema y que varían en las distintas sociedades y épocas a la par de Vivienda, Salud y Transportes, que son algunas de las necesidades primarias y en algunos casos Alimentación.

También hay abuso de los mayores como discriminación por edad en los ambientes laborales. Hay una consideración a añadir sobre 'estar activo' o de las aficiones pensadas con un diseño universal, que sustituyen a los trabajos en los mayores y que también pueden ser proyectadas desde muchos años antes, por ejemplo: la lectura como recurso y como afición, que si no ha sido ya utilizada en la juventud y edad adulta, difícilmente será utilizada mucho después.

Los temas prioritarios para las personas mayores son cuestiones diferentes. Priman los temas vitales y no quieren que estén ausentes tampoco los propios de su grupo social de personas mayores, como cultura diferente e igualmente con una diferente actitud a lo que es nivel de vida. Es muy sensible al puesto en la nueva sociedad de los mayores por la pérdida de la familia extensa y el advenimiento de la familia nuclear o sólo de pareja, con pocos hijos.

EsSalud Villa Rica, viene laborando en conjunto con el Círculo del Adulto Mayor CIRAM, que por ser única en la zona agrupa a asegurados y no asegurados, donde se desarrolla un Programa de fortalecimiento Hacia Mejorar la calidad de Vida, en la que se desarrolla un Plan de Ejercicios Saludables (Danzas, Tai - chi Chuan, Gimnasia Psicofisica, Caminatas, Juegos Recreativos) y la Practica de Alimentación Saludable con Orientación y Guía del Personal de EsSalud y el servicio de Nutrición del MINSA, en coordinación multisectorial.

Próximamente con el proyecto de desarrollo de “BIO HUERTOS SALUDABLES”.

Al celebrarse este 1er de Octubre un el “Día Internacional de las Personas de la Edad de Oro” el CIRAM – Villa Rica tiene un Programa estructurado con la Única finalidad de “ MOTIVAR A LAS PERSONAS A SER FELICES, A DISRUTAR EL HOY Y MANTENERSE ACTIVOS” recordando que: La risa estimula el hígado y mejora sus funciones y el pensamiento abierto y sin rencores ayudan a segregar bilis imprescindible para su buen funcionamiento.

Es por esto que cuando un anciano o anciana, tienen, tiene motivaciones en su vida, es feliz aleja las enfermedades, las amarguras, y sobre todo es grato cobijar dentro del seno familiar a un anciano bondadoso, generoso y exento de amarguras que sólo le tren consecuencias funestas a su salud.

Una persona de tercera edad no debe permanecer hundido en un mullido sofá, sólo mirando la televisión y recordando tiempos añejos. Esto va contra su salud tanto mental, porque se vuelven renegones, como física para sus músculos, articulaciones y huesos se ven atrofiados por falta de actividad. Por ello la importancia de la actividad en la edad de Oro.

¿Porqué usted, sea una dama o un caballero, no puede ser feliz?

¡Recuerde; la respuesta está en si mismo!

Una respuesta Clásica, “HOY NO TENGO TIEMPO”, “tengo mucho trabajo”, “El tiempo me gana, no puedo perderlo”, “eso no es para mi”, etc.

Si hoy, no quiere serlo y hacerlo, ¿Cuándo será?, tomate un MINUTO en la vida para SONREIR y hacer SONREIR a los seres que mas amas.

“Que Dios ayude a los malos Cuando son mas que los buenos”

Participan en la comunicación y considerarla como un proceso científico, nos puede conducir al problema del PODER dentro de nuestra sociedad, en la medida que, desde la prensa se busca organizar a las clases sociales a quien con razón o sin ella se auto titula “PERIODISTA” profesión que favorece al pecado de la SOBERBIA en su mas alto índice.

El buen periodista actúa de acuerdo a los cánones de una profesión que esta perdiendo su dignidad debido a las empresas editoras que siempre a pretendido manipular la opinión publica.
Decíamos que es una profesión digna cuando el hombre la ejerce para construir una nueva SOCIEDAD, comprometida, humanitaria y defensora de esta verdad que nos convierte en hombres LIBRES.

Pero si la noticia pisa el terreno “politiquero” se queda en el barrio donde pierde el tiempo, distrayendo al populacho con titulares morbosos, fotos obscenas y escandalosas actuaciones de la gente de mal vivir…

SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA.

Asesinan a la Señora Maria Eugenia Méndez Sánchez de Vidalon los últimos días de junio pasado, con el fin de apropiarse el dinero destinado al pago de sus obreros. El Aserradero Vidalón está ubicado en el Barrio Industrial, hasta allí llegaron sus asesinos que le habrían seguido desde el Banco de la Nación.

Eso significa que, en esas inmediaciones deambulaban los delincuentes con pretextos obvios, pero la verdad es que montan el reglaje a las personas con indicios de tener dinero… punto.

¡AH! ¿Qué fue de la reunión secreta de las autoridades? Je, je,je,… ¡SECRETA!

Así se desnaturalizan los buenos proyectos y se destruyen vidas privadas de quienes estaban trabajando para mejorar a los peruanos. Por eso somos enemigos de las sesiones secretas que de secretas, solo tiene nombre…

A lo mejor por eso estamos tratando de alentar a quienes aspiran a ejercer un periodismo realmente profesional y también a los que tratan de expresar sus pensamientos por medio de un lenguaje donde todo sea una combinación sistemática.

Reiterando: La lengua es un código, más o menos fijo, perdurable y psíquico. Y el habla, es un código personal libre, momentáneo, psíquico, fisiológico y físico.

Todas consideraciones, pasadas al periodismo escrito es muy difícil por eso mismo, nuestras ediciones son espaciadas, no por falta de auspicios, sino por la indiferencia del publico que ya lo sabemos; no gusta de la “LECTURA”, tampoco aspiran a la superación intelectual y cultural.

ESTAMOS FESTEJANDO LAS FIESTAS PATRONALES DE VILLA RICA Y POR LO MISMO HAY UN PROGRAMA ESPECIAL QUE TODAVÍA NO HA LLEGADO A NUESTRA MESA DE REDACCIÓN... en ese mismo programa debe acotarse: TODO estará sujeto al estado del tiempo, si llueve, se acabó el patriotismo y los desfiles, como se ha tomado por nueva costumbre…ja, nosotros desfilábamos con lluvia y barro…

Queremos recordar a nuestros lectores que esta fiesta en honor a la VIRGEN DEL ROSARIO se desarrolla del 7 al 13 de octubre según la tradición que nosotros conocemos desde 1941. LO DEMAS PASA AL RENGLON DE LA CUCUFATERÍA…

FUJIMORI YA ESTA EN PERU…EXTRADITADO.

Sin duda, para muchos es lo mejor que ha podido hacer la justicia chilena, ahora falta que la justicia peruana demuestre que también es eficaz y no se perdona los crímenes de lesa humanidad.

Los universitarios de La Cantuta, de la UNCEP, Huancayo, la masacre del Jr. Huanta,-Barrios Altos- y del SIE, así como el castigo por la compra de los congresistas tránsfugas, no puede quedar impune. Tantos crímenes cometidos en Ayacucho que; incluso tuvo el apoyo del hoy cardenal, no pasarán a la historia de los delitos no sancionados.

No debe tomarse como venganza, sino como justicia para los civiles y estudiantes que no tienen armas y no están preparados, por el estado, para matar… Y REPITIENDO LO DE SIEMPRE:
“ESTA ES MI VOZ, ESTA ES MI PALABRA, YO SOY DEL PUEBLO”
