The average number of homes for sale at the end of each month last year was 16 homes. At the end of each month for the first six months of the year, there have been 17 unsold homes. Fewer inventories indicate that there is less competition among sellers and better chance to attract prospect buyers.

The price levels remain steady in Easton Addition and this is attributed to the neighborhood's reputation of being one of the more expensive areas of Burlingame real estate.

The average home being sold in Easton Estate is 2,400 square feet, as compared to the average 2,100 square feet home being sold in the entire Burlingame real estate. For the price per square foot, the average in Easton Addition is around $640 while $600 is the average for the entire Burlingame real estate. The average and median selling prices, with larger homes and higher prices per square foot, are about $300,000 higher in Easton Addition as compared again to the entire Burlingame area.

Some brilliant Dilbert-type in a home office who has no idea about business operations comes up with an idea on how to make a product "safer" or "more environmentally friendly."

A lizard, moth or squirrel must be "protected". No one thinks of the unintended consequences. The single death of a child in a crib caused a $7,000,000 reworking of an industry. All costs must be passed along to the consumer.

No proof is required to stop an entire industry. Pseudo science is accepted as fact. All we need now is one ridicules complaint to bring a project to a halt.

You cannot create new jobs when new businesses are not allowed to form or being restricted by multitudes of new regulations so that formation is abandoned before it begins.

Yes, we are talking about the housing problem. You can't build and sell a new house unless there is some one with a steady income to buy it. You can't have a person with a steady income unless there is a business to hire him. You can't have a business that creates jobs unless they are able to operate in a reasonable fashion without undo regulations. All this means profit to the company. And finally the business must be allowed to make a reasonable profit and that means lower taxes so excess cash may be re-invested in growth. That means more hiring.

And where does all that start?

With the politicians!

Therefore the housing problem is a political problem. That is the bottleneck. Everything stops and starts there. We need smarter politicians.

Miss Peru: 24 participantes, Villa Rica pte!


Las candidatas al Miss Perú 2011 fueron presentadas en la Fortaleza del Real Felipe en el Callao. Un ramillete de 24 bellas chicas de distintas zonas del país deleitaron al público con su belleza luciendo sensuales trajes de baño sobre la pasarela.

Estas aspirantes desfilaron frente a una audiencia y jurado compuestos por algunas ex reinas de belleza peruanas como María Julia Mantilla, Olga Zumarán, Silvia Cornejo, Giuliana Zavellos y Alejandra Liao.

Cabe recordar que en esta ocasión, la organización a cargo del concurso incluyó a una representante de la comunidad peruana en Estados Unidos y a otra de la localidad de Villa Rica.

Finalmente, la noche principal de elección del Miss Perú 2011, donde se elegirá a las bellezas que representarán a nuestro país en el Miss Universo y Miss Mundo, se llevará a cabo el día sábado 25 de junio en la Fortaleza del Real Felipe, en el Callao.

Aclarando las Gestiones ante la Región Pasco

¿Cómo Lograr cosas Importantes?

El estudio de factibilidad Integral de agua y desagüe fue firmado en el mes de Febrero del 2006 con el Consultor Ing. Víctor Benavente y La Región Pasco, dentro de sus cláusulas se estipulaba sobre la forma de pago era en etapas: 30% al inicio del estudio, 40% a la entrega del expediente con el V ºBº de los encargados de estudios de la región y el 40% a la aprobación del expediente.
Habían transcurrido más de 18 mes y el estudio de factibilidad no era aprobado y con el riesgo que se puede perder el Soc. De inversiones que actualmente el gobierno central esta apoyando con el programa agua para todos.

La EPSSCSA a través de la gerencia realizaba las llamadas telefónicas a Pasco y siempre tenían una excusa, por ello en varias oportunidades el Gerente viajo a la región ,pero los resultados no eran alentadores, entonces la Gerencia comunica ala Alcalde de Villa Rica sobre lo que viene sucediendo con respecto al estudio y por ello deciden viajar a Pasco: el Gerente de la EPS, el Presidente del Directorio de la EPS, el Alcalde ,para reunirse con el Presidente de la Región, previo a esto se le invita al Sr. Ing. Benavente para que participe de la reunión, porque es el único que conoce sobre el estado del estudio, fue así que viajaron , pero el Consultor no asomo, entonces luego de la platica con el Presidente informo que el Sr. Benavente estaba incumpliendo con levantar las observaciones y por ello era el retraso, pero nos daban la esperanza que ya pronto sale y así transcurría los días.

Entonces decide contactarme con el Sr. Benavente, el cual me dio otra versión, que la región estaba incumpliendo, por ello decidí, coordinar con, el Alcalde y comentarle sobre el caso.

Es así que por cosas del azar me invitan telefónicamente Radio Felicidad, en donde se encontraba el Sr. Tiberio García y fue en ese momento que invite a las autoridades, especialmente a nuestro Alcalde para movilizarnos a Pasco y reclamar nuestros derechos, por el impase entre la Región y el Sr. Benavente, que solo perjudicadaza a los pobladores de Villa Rica. También manifesté que en vez de estar discrepando entre nosotros y buscando culpables era mejor unirnos y luchar por una causa común.

Posteriormente un grupo de ciudadanos y representantes de los Comités vecinales formaron un comité representado por un Delegado, cuya persona es el Sr. Chacón que días mas tarde nos reunimos en la oficina de la EPS y al día siguiente en la Municipalidad, en el cual se decidió viajar a Pasco un grupo numero de ciudadanos y Autoridades para el día martes 4 de Septiembre.

Ya en Pasco los mas de30 integrantes de la comitiva nos reunimos con el Presidente Regional y Funcionarios, luego de un amplio informe se formo una comisión integrado por 6 personas: El Alcalde de Villa Rica (ing. La Torre), EPS (INg. Fernández), Delegado de las Juntas vecinales (Sr. Chacon), de la OPI, Gerencia de Infraestructura y de Estudios de Pasco, para conversar con el Sr., Benavente., logrando comunicarse y fijando para el día martes 11 de Septiembre la reunión, Entonces llegado el día ocurrió el milagro por fue por primera vez que se podía reunir el Consultor Benavente, firmando un acta de compromiso para levantar las observaciones.

¿Cuánto hace luchar por una causa a favor de todos? En vez de discutir entre nosotros y buscar culpables.

El resultado muy pronto se vera en la primera semana de Octubre

Aprendernos a soportar una raya más a nuestro pelaje de tigre que se diferencia de los otorongos porque no nos encandila la palabrería de los figuretis. Y con la agravante: pateando el pobre idioma y las elementales reglas del periodismo.

Siempre nos exponemos a encontrarnos con los Estrada, los Paredes, los Canchanyas, los Benítez o los Mencholas. O, con las autoridades que se dejan manipular por los perdedores en las elecciones municipales pasadas…TOMA MIENTRAS!!!!

Como es de conocimiento publico, nosotros vivimos del periodismo y siempre tratamos de crearle “punch” sin perder su orientación y/o formato.

Pretendemos desde esta tribuna animar a las organizaciones de clase y prosapia para organizarse en torno a una meta mas justa, solidaria y comprometida que reivindique a los mas desprotegidos, nunca a los imbèciles que se lamentan de ser peruanos,.. Sino a los que no reciben los beneficios de un Estado que se pudre en soles, dólares y minerales, y no lo invierte so pretexto de la negligencia de los presidentes regionales… en especial de Ancash y Puno que se pasan de TOZUDOS

Cierto entre HUAROC y RIVERA hay un abismo de inteligencia y capacidad, Huaroc es el Presidente de la ASAMBLEA de Presidentes Regionales, Rivera ni siquiera llega a vocal., Huaroc tiene un Representante en la Selva Central (Chanchamayo y Satipo), Rivera no ata ni desata, ni siquiera tiene una oficina de Imagen “Funcional” en nuestra Provincia.

Del café de taza mas fino solo mira la etiqueta… NO LE PREOCUPA NADA, ni tiene técnicos que asesoren a nuestra municipalidad para que los presupuestos participativos sean elaborados con las exigencias que la ley señala…CLARO, hay un comentario aparte sobre la actuación de quienes, a nombre de Villa Rica sostuvieron un encontrón poco constructivo con el mencionado Presidente a quien, nuestro pueblo, sólo le dio 97 votos...en el colmo de la ignorancia del corresponsal de EL REGIONAL asegura que pretendemos pasarnos a la región Junín, donde seguiríamos siendo cola de león. Lo ideal y ya esta en camino, lo que pretendemos es la creación de la “REGION SELVA CENTRAL” Y PUNTOOOOO…

CADA UNO EN SU NIVEL.

Con esta clase de prensa, llegamos al problema del PODER, dentro de una sociedad como la nuestra: Pluricultural, multilingual, pluriracial, independiente y democráticamente descentralizada…

Y de pronto aparecen pseudos líderes que pretenden introducirse dentro de otra clase de vecinos a la que no pertenecen ni pueden pertenecer por su misma condición socio- económico- cultural.-PROFESIONAL-No tan soberbia como la congresista lingüista que, es racista hasta el concho…del vinagre. Siempre es bueno guardar las distancias: juntos pero no revueltos,”¡ Ay curuju!”.

ACLAREMOS DEFINITIVAMENTE.

Jamás de los jamases trataremos de impedir que otras personas utilicen algún medio de comunicación para exponer sus ideas y compromisos de acuerdo a su nivel y capacidad, somos respetuosos de la Ley y la Constitución.

Empero, hay algunas personas que pretenden recibir alguna compensación por informar sobre sus funciones y eso si que es el colmo de la IMBECILIDAD, con el debido respeto a los que en realidad son jejejejejejej.

POR NUESTRO SISTEMA

Un sistema capitalino que nos venden a los provincianos de la Selva Central al que no podemos hacer conocer nuestra opinión sobre lo que nos dicen o afirman esas empresas noticiosas de Lima.

Nota: Decimos Empresas y no periodistas, no obstante que estos son incondicionales de aquellos… je, je, je.(algunos).

En otras palabras el Poder capitalista informa de acuerdo a sus intereses, toda la tecnología periodística que defendemos y su producción se pierden con los basurales o en los recolectores de aguas servidas que terminan infectando nuestros ríos…

Por lo mismo:

Lograr que nuestras clases en la Selva Central, y en toda la selva se complementen, sin necesidad de licuarlas a sabiendas que cada opinión es una opinión social. Necesitamos fomentar un periodismo REGIONAL. A l principio se marrará, pero con el tiempo comprenderán que es necesario lo que nos dice Andrea Torrico García, que ya es prácticamente una profesional en la materia.

Quisiéramos escuchar la opinión sincera de nuestras diferentes clases sociales y que normalmente se gesta en las sociedades libres como la nuestra.

Eso si:

Nosotros no vamos a comprar espacios radiales pues, viviríamos cuidando no colisionar con los intereses de los anunciantes.

En la Ley 29062, no se habla nada de privatizar, que si lo fuera hay Escuelas privadas que pagan muy bien a los educadores mejor capacitados.

Y si de control se trata, en la época de Velasco teníamos al COSECOM presidido por el Sargento B.G.C Alfredo Guimaray y nunca, ninguno de sus integrantes nos falto el respeto.

Sinceramente, dándole una lectura a la discutida ley, le vemos mucha similitud a la 19326 al igual que el Sistema Educativo de Colombia.

Eso… no lo entiende la CHUSMA, “SER BUENO ES FÁCIL, LO DIFICIL ES SER JUSTO” (V. HUGO).

DIFERENCIAS

San Martín remite oficio al Alcalde de la ciudad para la convocatoria de
una JUNTA GENERAL para decidir sobre la INDEPENDENCIA

En la SALA CAPITULAR DEL AYUNTAMIENTO, se tomo acuerdo de declarar" la
voluntad general esta decidida por la independencia del Perú "
El ACTA DE LA DECLARACION DELA INDEPENDENCIA NACIONAL es firmada por

Terminado ese actos, se dirigen a la PLAZUELA DE LA MERCED, al frente
de la actual iglesia NUESTRA SEÑORA DELAS MERCEDES que se encuentra en la Crda. 6 de Jr. de la Unión., luego se dirigen a la PLAZUELA DE SANTA ANA,
para terminar en la PLAZXUELA DE LA INQUISICION , donde actualmente se encuentra el Congreso de la Republica, Cdra, 2 de la Av. Abancay - Lima, luego de allí, se ofrece una recepción en el Ayuntamiento, en la noche un gran desfile, grande y emocionante, San Martín firma el bando, donde declara AUGUSTO Y SOLEMNE DIA.

DOMINGO 29
EN LA CATEDRAL SE OFRECE UNA MISA TE DEUM de acción de gracias, luego
se hace el juramento de la independencia por todas las corporaciones, hay
jubilo ciudadano, en la noche una fiesta en el palacio de gobierno. VALE DECIR , para eso FRANCISCO BOLOGNESI Y CERVANTES
